To ensure that every dollar you donate is redeployed into worthy Puerto Rican causes, Dorado Cares operates with zero paid staff. All administrative expenses—including legal, accounting, rent, office supplies, and insurance—are covered directly by our founders. Our goal is to be one of the most efficient and impactful charities in Puerto Rico.
Dorado Cares has five core missions:
Education, Social Welfare, Healthcare, Food Insecurity, and Emergency Disaster Relief.

Can give a receipt up to $5,000 if goods values over $5,000 will need receipts of purchase or a 3rd party appraisal.
All In Kind Gift Donations: Household and personal goods must be in clean and working order. Food donation must not be expired.
