OUR ROLE
The Corporate Governance Subcommittee is responsible for reviewing and maintaining the organization’s internal policies and procedures. The subcommittee also serves as a direct and independent communication channel to the Board of Directors, ensuring any concerns or irregularities are addressed with discretion and professionalism.
